House of Hazards – Play Online Free

House of Hazards is a physics-based local multiplayer party game where the mundane meets the maniacal. Your objective: complete simple household chores — make coffee, water the plants, check the mail, brush your teeth. The catch: the house is rigged with traps, and every other player can trigger them at the worst possible moment. Ceiling lights drop, toasters fire flaming bread at your head, water sprays across the room, cabinets swing open to block your path. It is the most chaotic to-do list you will ever face.

Chores, Hazards, and Sabotage

Up to 4 players compete on the same device — Players 1 and 2 share the keyboard, and Players 3 and 4 need gamepads. Each round lasts 5 to 10 minutes, a perfect length for quick party sessions. Between rounds, a wheel of fortune spins up new rule modifiers that keep the chaos unpredictable. Win rounds to unlock new characters with unique looks.

The sabotage mechanic is what makes House of Hazards shine. It is not enough to do your own chores efficiently. You need to time your hazard activations to disrupt other players at critical moments — dropping a chandelier on someone about to finish their last task, or triggering a water spray just as they reach for the coffee machine. The slapstick physics and comedic sound effects make every act of sabotage feel like a punchline.

Couch Co-Op at Its Best

Developed by New Eich Games (the studio behind Rooftop Snipers and Getaway Shootout) and released in 2020, House of Hazards is designed for local multiplayer. There is no online mode — all players must be on the same device. Single-player mode exists for solo practice against the house hazards, but the game truly comes alive with two or more people yelling at each other across the couch.
